LAGUNA – RESIDENCIAL LAGUNA SUITES

The project is located in one of the new development areas of Mijas, in the Laguna sector, on a plot organized into two distinct phases: a building designated for commercial use and, in parallel, a residential complex of 184 dwellings.

The architectural proposal focuses on maximizing the façade surface, with the aim of ensuring that all dwellings enjoy generous terraces, the true protagonists of the design. These exterior elements not only serve as spaces for expansion and dialogue with the surroundings, but also shape the image of the complex through their sinuous layout, which lends a vibrant sense of movement to the façade. The interior configuration of each dwelling is oriented towards these terraces, reinforcing their central role in the domestic experience.

Special attention has been devoted to the design of the communal areas, conceived as spaces of quality and comfort that enrich the community life of the development. The penthouses, as the most distinctive units, have been crafted with particular care in their configuration and detailing, becoming the most refined and privileged spaces within the complex.

In terms of construction, the project embraces the industrialization of processes, incorporating prefabricated GRC façades and composite panels. This strategy not only accelerates execution but also enhances energy efficiency and sustainability standards, aligning the development with current demands for innovation and environmental responsibility.
