La estaci\u00f3n de Autobuses de Baeza, dise\u00f1ada por DTR_studio, intenta dotar a la ciudad de un equipamiento infraestructural adecuado al nivel de visitas que como Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad esta necesita.<\/p>\n

Se trata de quiz\u00e1 el primer edificio con el que el visitante toma contacto con la ciudad y por tanto debe ofrecer una imagen reconocible y a su vez servir de transici\u00f3n entre la ciudad contempor\u00e1nea y la hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As\u00ed pues, la nueva Estaci\u00f3n de Autobuses de Baeza se conforma como una gran marquesina que se pliega y que acoge a los viajeros en su interior. Se proyectan espacios acotados, pero visualmente abiertos que dotan de un car\u00e1cter urbano a la intervenci\u00f3n. Estas transparencias diluyen el edificio en la trama urbana y consiguen hibridaci\u00f3n entre el espacio p\u00fablico de la calle y el edificio.<\/p>\n

La fachada norte se constituye como elemento m\u00e1s opaco y conformador de ciudad frente al alzado sur que recoge las circulaciones de los autobuses y se abre hacia el futuro espacio libre.<\/p>\n

Bajo la gran marquesina se sit\u00faan ocho d\u00e1rsenas para la llegada de autobuses y el espacio de espera cubierto, \u00e9sta se materializa mediante chapa met\u00e1lica gris que se va diluyendo seg\u00fan la funci\u00f3n que lleve a cabo. El edifico queda acotado por dos grandes pantallas de hormig\u00f3n blanco que recortan la secci\u00f3n del mismo y dotan de singularidad a la intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La zona acotada de acceso controlado se evidencia como una caja de vidrio que re\u00fane los diferentes servicios de atenci\u00f3n al viajero.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Localizada en Baeza, su situaci\u00f3n responde a la necesidad de ser un nudo de comunicaciones eficiente entre los diferentes lugares que conecta. Esta relaci\u00f3n con la movilidad hace de su posici\u00f3n, justo en el borde de la ciudad, un referente para el transporte de viajeros que trasciende el \u00e1mbito comarcal para posicionarse en uno m\u00e1s global.<\/p>\n

La escala de la intervenci\u00f3n intenta potenciar una relaci\u00f3n con la ciudad m\u00e1s pr\u00f3xima, un lugar de expansi\u00f3n donde abundan los equipamientos urbanos y la vivienda perif\u00e9rica. Se propone un edificio que lea las dos escalas existentes y que sirva de transici\u00f3n entre ambas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
