The Wine Thematic Center \u2013 Bodegas Turidianum is located on the Juan de Reyes estate, in the municipality of Torvizc\u00f3n, one of the areas with the strongest viticultural tradition and largest vineyard extension in the province of Granada. <\/p>\n

Rather than competing with the landscape, the building merges with it, adapting to the existing topography and becoming partially embedded in the terrain, emerging only where functionally necessary. This strategy reduces its visual impact while accommodating the substantial spatial heights required for winemaking processes.<\/p>\n

The project is envisioned as an experiential and educational facility, fostering direct and participatory engagement with the processes of vine cultivation, grape harvesting, and wine production Through a sequence of interactive spaces and guided routes, visitors are introduced to the historical evolution of viticultural techniques in the region, alongside contemporary and innovative production methods Visitors are not only observers but are invited to actively participate in each stage of the process.<\/p>\n

In addition, the center hosts training courses and educational activities, as well as spaces dedicated to showcasing traditional Alpujarran gastronomy and tasting a wide range of wines produced both on site and throughout the surrounding region.<\/p>\n

Finally, as a fundamental aspect of the project\u2019s philosophy, both its construction and long-term operation incorporate advanced environmental technologies. Este proyecto nace con la intenci\u00f3n de propiciar contacto directo y participativo, por parte del visitante, con los procesos de cultivo, recolecci\u00f3n de la uva y elaboraci\u00f3n del vino. Explicar c\u00f3mo han evolucionado en esta zona las t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo de la vid, su recolecci\u00f3n y la posterior elaboraci\u00f3n del vino con las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s modernas e innovadoras.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de transmitir estos conocimientos a los visitantes, \u00e9stos tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de participar en todos y cada uno de estos procesos interactuando en su consecuci\u00f3n. Como valor a\u00f1adido y no, por eso menos importante, se producir\u00e1n cursos donde los ponentes y participantes podr\u00e1n participar.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, los visitantes tendr\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de conocer la fabulosa gastronom\u00eda alpujarre\u00f1a, t\u00edpica de esta zona, as\u00ed como degustar la rica variedad de vinos fabricados tanto en estas instalaciones como en el resto de la comarca.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, y como parte no menos importante de la filosof\u00eda de este proyecto, su consecuci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, tiene la intenci\u00f3n de incorporar las m\u00e1s modernas tecnolog\u00edas para fomentar el respeto por el medioambiente.
