It involves the refurbishment of the ground floor of one of the original buildings on Calle Marques de Larios, located on the corner of the block. Following the master plan of the Street, the proposal tries to recover the original image of the building, distorted by an unfortunate previous intervention. With an innovative program that brings together in a single space such disparate uses as the Bank Office, Co-working area and Cafeteria, the project is nuanced with a set of volumes that divide the uses, without losing the global reading of the premises<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The project try to balance the application of the brand image with the maintenance of the original elements of the building. The presence of a wide fa\u00e7ade with big gaps that make it up enrich the proposal with a very pronounced relationship between the street and the premises.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It involves the refurbishment of the ground floor of one of the original buildings on Calle Marques de Larios, located on the corner of the block.
