This project focuses on the comprehensive renovation of a penthouse located in the emblematic historic center of Estepona, enhancing its connection with the privileged Mediterranean environment. The day area has been designed with a fluid and open layout, aiming for spatial continuity that visually links the two large openings to the expansive terraces, promoting natural light entry and maximizing exterior views. <\/p>\n

In the night area, the design responds to the client\u2019s needs by incorporating three en-suite bedrooms. Each of these rooms creates a direct connection with the terraces, offering an experience of comfort and exclusivity by extending the private spaces outward. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
