not developed and built until 2023\u2014 represents a natural evolution of the concepts previously explored in the TWIN development a year earlier. In both cases, the design strategy stems from a clear gesture: placing the vehicle on the ground floor in order to free the basement and dedicate it to leisure and living spaces for the residents. <\/p>\n<p>In Armilla, the privileged location facing a park prompted a distinctive decision: to elevate the daytime area to the first floor, allowing daily life to unfold in direct relationship with the landscape and views. The dwelling is therefore organized around an entrance porch on the ground floor, conceived as a hybrid space functioning both as a covered parking area and as a social extension linked to the street. Above this volume lies the large upper terrace \u2014a natural extension of the main living area\u2014 which seamlessly integrates kitchen, dining and living room into a single open-plan space. The terrace, strategically perforated, allows the vegetation from the ground floor to emerge and enhances natural light at the entrance. continuous metallic band envelops the ensemble, providing an abstract and forceful presence.<\/li>\n<li>The ceramic cladding of exposed brick contrasts with the metallic austerity, adding a warmer and more domestic character.<\/li>\n<li>The porch enclosure, formed by vertical metal profiles, seeks to blur the boundary between interior and exterior; however, safety regulations required the inclusion of perforated sheet metal, introducing a denser visual texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another key aspect of the project is its energy efficiency, conceived as an inseparable part of the architectural proposal. An innovative external insulation system (SATE) with ceramic brick finish has been applied to the main fa\u00e7ade, complemented by solar protection systems on the most exposed openings through automated awnings, thus achieving the highest energy rating standards. <\/p>\n<p>This housing complex becomes an exercise in architectural synthesis: a search for an architecture capable of responding to its immediate urban context, ensuring technical and energy efficiency, and at the same time generating high-quality domestic spaces \u2014open to the city and to the everyday life of its The furniture has been designed to adapt to the existing space in order to make the best use of it. In addition, the exterior balcony, playing with the wooden blinds, offers an intermediate space with a character different from that of the workspace, improving the insulation of this facade in the The dwelling is therefore organized around an entrance porch on the ground floor, conceived as a hybrid space functioning both as a covered parking area and as a social extension linked to the street. Above this volume lies the large upper terrace \u2014a natural extension of the main living area\u2014 which seamlessly integrates kitchen, dining and living room into a single open-plan space. The terrace, strategically perforated, allows the vegetation from the ground floor to emerge and enhances natural light at the entrance.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal is articulated through a refined material dialogue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A continuous metallic band envelops the ensemble, providing an abstract and forceful presence.<\/li>\n<li>The ceramic cladding of exposed brick contrasts with the metallic austerity, adding a warmer and more domestic character.<\/li>\n<li>The porch enclosure, formed by vertical metal profiles, seeks to blur the boundary between interior and exterior; however, safety
