FORESTA II
Project of 6 semi-detached single-family homes with a garden and a swimming pool, which are distributed in plots of 400 sqm, in such a way that a couple of frontage to Ramal de Cañada de los Cardos street, another to Colombia street and the third couple to a street newly opened. Typologically we propose two classes of houses, depending on the proportion of the plot: The couple facing Cañada de los Cardos street with an L-shaped scheme will be different from the other two semi-detached, with a linear scheme and between mixing the day and night areas.
The project, however, has sought to unify the image in the 6 houses: Ground Floor acting as a white plinth on which the volume of the night area is supported, which will have a more textured finish (ventilated facade of wood and cement -CBPB) highlighting it. The proposal tries to play with the section proposing to relate the two floors through the use of double heights and the position of the light inputs at different heights. In both typologies, an attempt has been made to offer a very clear and orderly distribution scheme, which facilitates its construction and subsequent use.
