It is about the indoor refurbishment of a building from the beginning of the 20th century located next to Albaicon neighborhood, with a single, very wide façade, where all the rooms look out, except the kitchens that overlook an interior patio with little qualification. The idea has been to adapt the houses to short-term rental apartments.

The diversity of constructive typologies has been the leitmotiv of the proposal, stripping down and cleaning all the existing slabs and walls to highlight the memory of the building and contrast it with the new interventions. The textures and pre-existing elements will be the ones that give character to the houses, not needing any other element so that they can acquire life.
